Food Safety Talk

A digital nose in the style of Rolling Stone Magazine (DALL E)

Food Safety Talk 290: Problem With Their Smeller

Added on September 5, 2023 by Ben Chapman.

The show starts with some corporate speak lessons and a discussion on the Canadian phenomenon of paying for weddings that you don't go to. The guys talk about driver's ed and some shows. The conversation goes to the Netflix documentary, Poisoned and Ben's weird few weeks. The guys talk about Listeria in milkshakes and the challenges around cleaning/sanitizing mixers. The discussion goes to risks (or lack thereof) of bringing pathogens into your house on your shoes. The guys then talk about risks of food workers working while vomiting. The show ends on a discussion on counter-culture canning.
