Food Safety Talk is a bi-weekly (or if you are British - fortnightly) podcast.
It is hosted by Ben Chapman an Associate Professor and Extension Food Safety Specialist at North Carolina State University and Don Schaffner, Distinguished Professor and Extension Specialist in Food Science and Professor at Rutgers University.
We've been doing this podcast since the first episode was released on August 28, 2011.
Every two weeks or so, we get together and talk about what's on our minds or in the news regarding food safety, and popular culture. They strive to be relevant, funny and informative.
